About the author:
Sunil Mishra has over 20 years of experience in digital product management. During his tenure at Infosys Finacle, he led the creation of award-winning products such as Mobile Teller and Conversational Banking. He has also held roles at McKinsey & Co., Accenture, and Oracle, focusing on product management and strategic consulting.
In addition to his industry experience, Sunil is actively involved in academia, teaching Product Management in Banking to MBA students. He is an instructor on Udemy, where he has developed courses on Artificial Intelligence and related topics.
Sunil holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a B.Tech from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. He has also completed a postgraduate certification in Deep Learning from IISc Bangalore. Sunil is currently pursuing doctoral research in Digital Product Management.
Sunil is the author of five books, including his most recent publication “The Product Way”
