4. Fees & Payment
- Our fees will be those mentioned in our proposal or invoice. Payment terms (advance, milestone, full payment) will be clearly stated.
- If you fail to make payment on time, we may suspend or stop work until payment is cleared.
- Unless otherwise agreed, all fees are non-refundable once work begins.

5. Intellectual Property
- Until full payment is received, we may retain ownership of any designs, code or other deliverables. Once payment is complete, we provide you the transfer or licence rights as agreed.

- You warrant that any materials you supply (images, text, content) do not violate third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy) and you indemnify us against any claim arising from your materials.
